Accessing Choice Scholarships as a New Revenue Stream

Between the Personalized Education Program (PEP) and Unique Abilities (FESUA) scholarships, there are tens of thousands of homeschooled students receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in choice scholarships. These dollars will NOT go to traditional private schools. How can you utilize part-time enrollment (private schools), contracted services (public schools), and other avenues to meet the unique needs of these students?
