Pathway to the Education Profession: Teacher Apprenticeship Program

In this presentation, participants will leave with resources and information on how to create a partnership to establish a teacher apprenticeship program. In addition to school districts and charter schools, charter management organizations may now partner with a state-approved initial teacher preparation program to offer the apprenticeship pathway. Participants will learn about the program and how to apply to the Department, as well as best practices and lessons learned from state-approved programs launching in the 2024-25 year.
