Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Room Sales

Booking straight with the hotel using one of the methods below is the only authorized way to make hotel reservations for FCSC+SCS 2024. You may be contacted by third party hotel room resellers who misrepresent themselves as agents for FCSC+SCS and/or the hotel offering discounted rates at various Orlando hotels. FCSC+SCS cannot verify the authenticity of such companies or their representatives and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations. Please do not book through them as neither FCSC+SCS nor the hotel has any agreements with them.

Contracted Rate

The FCSC+SCS contracted rate is $174/night plus tax (single/double occupancy) for a double queen bed suite or a king bed suite. Other room types are available at a higher rate. If your organization is tax-exempt, your must bring a copy of your tax-certificate with you to present upon check-in.

• Double Queen Suite - Room features (2) queen beds in the bedroom area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffee/tea maker.
  Sleeps max of 6.  $15 additional charge, per person over 2 guests.
  
  
• King Suite - Room features (1) king bed in the bedroom area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffee/tea maker.
  Sleeps max of 4. $15 additional charge, per person over 2 guests.

Online and phone reservations are being accepted until November 6, 2024, or until the FCSC+SCS block is sold out.
