Step Up For Students
Step Up For Students administers five different scholarships for Florida’s schoolchildren: The Florida Tax Credit for students K-12 to attend private school or transportation to a public school. The Family Empowerment Scholarship, which has two components, one for students K-12 to attend private school or for transportation to a public school, and another for students ages 3-22 who have certain special needs. The New Worlds Scholarship Accounts for VPK or public-school K-5 students who struggle with reading or math. The Personalized Education Program for K-12 students who are not full-time private nor full-time public-school students.
