Attendee Registration
The registration form is made of the following sections:
1. Contact Information - let us know how to contact you
2. Demographic Information - let us help you have the best conference experience
3. Payment Method - let us know how you plan to pay, please have your registration code ready if you were provided one
4. Payment - you may pay by check in the mail, online with a credit card, use a complimentary registration code or transfer from someone who needs to cancel
REGISTRATION FEE POLICY: The registration fee is locked in at $280 when the online registration form is submitted by November 1, 2024. The registration fee increases to $360 for online registration forms submitted after November 1, 2024. The actual payment may arrive at the FEF office after November 1, 2024, but at least one week prior to the event. If paying by check, you will need to print the invoice at the end of the registration process and mail it with your payment check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The fee is non-refundable, but is transferable to a replacement attendee or to your registration for the next conference when arrangements are make within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference. Please e-mail FCSC+SCS Staff to make arrangements for your replacement.
When registering more than one attendee, DO NOT use the back button for additional attendees as you will write over and cancel out the first registration you submitted.
