School Leaders Fellowship
FCSA launched the School Leaders Fellowship (SLF) in 2021 to increase the pool of high-quality charter school leaders in Florida. SLF was designed specifically for individuals currently working at a public charter school who are passionate about education and interested in leading a school in a high-need area. The highly selective, cohort-based program prepares high-caliber individuals with the vision, passion, and capacity to lead a public charter school. Through virtual and in-person classes, mentorship with experienced charter school principals, mentors and case studies, the Fellows emerge from the program prepared to lead a school.
