Trident Surfacing, in conjunction with The Lotspeich Company, has been installing floors since 1928, and we plan to be around for many years to come. We take pride in our work — from major specialty flooring projects to small floor repairs and even promenade roof work. Our crews are specially trained craftsmen who have been with us for years. Our sales estimators are fully experienced and experts at understanding client specifications. We do new floor installations, repairs, and resurfacing for mainly commercial and some residential projects throughout the state of Florida.
