The Florida College System and Charter Schools
There has been a merging of the Florida College System and charter schools in the past year. More and more colleges are launching their own charter schools, or partnerships with charter schools, while others are considering the new authority colleges and universities have to authorize charter schools. We discuss what’s happened in the last year and look to the implications this has for the charter school sector in Florida.
