The Optima Foundation exists to meet the needs of charter school educators on behalf of their governing boards. Charter school governing boards are ultimately responsible for the fiscal health of the organization, compliance with statutes and contractual requirements, efficient operations and resource management, and long-term adherence to the organization’s strategic mission. Optima provides financial and compliance management and oversight to ensure governing boards are effective in meeting these important responsibilities. We offer both startup and ongoing operational leadership and management, among other valuable services.
