You are invited to submit an application to present during the Florida Charter School Conference to be held November 20-21, 2008, at the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando in Orlando, Florida.

Please complete this form by September 5, 2008. Acceptance status e-mails will be sent three weeks after the deadline. If selected, you will have the chance to add co-presenters and to update and correct your submission.

Presentation Information

Presentation Type	Breakout Session - I would like to deliver a one-hour session that includes a projected presentation and handouts. Round Table Discussion - I would like to host a round table discussion for 10-20 people with handouts. School Showcase - I would like to deliver a one-hour session that showcases my school and students. Keynote Speaker - I would like to speak at a general session.
