
Please use this form to purchase booth space at the 2008 Florida Charter school Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida, November 20-21, 2008, at the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. The deadline to secure a booth is October 6, 2007. Exhibit space is $800 per 8'x10' booth. Payment is due October 6, 2008. Cancellations made on or before October 6, 2008, will be allowed a refund less a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations after that date will be charged the FULL fee. Please make sure the information you enter is accurate, since it will be used in the conference program book.
